The following milestones summarize our history:
1980: Our activities start in Uruguay in the area of consulting and application development on 3rd generation languages (COBOL, KMAN).
1989: Application development on Informix Data Bases.
1992: We start our activities in Argentina, by founding the Link Group.
1995: Application development in Client – Server environments.
1998: Implementation of the Link-CS product, using Grupo Link tools.
2000: Total technological reconversion of its ERP and Link Tools products to Magma, on Open DNA architecture, thus creating the new series of products and modules:
Magma-ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Magma-Tools (Development Tools)
Magma-PSA (Professional Services
Automation)
Magma-WIS (Web Information System)
2001: MagmaPSA Deployment (Professional Services Automation).
2002-2003: Migration of Magma-Tools to .NET Platform, expansion to new Latin American markets
2004-2005: Migration of all the products to .NET technology, integration with WorkFlow, new redesign of user interface
2006: Production cutover of the new Magma IES – Insurance
