New functionality in Magma-Wis

Magma has announced the expansion of the Magma-WIS (Web Information System) functionality for the integral management of complaints. This product provides company suppliers and customers with an Internet based self-query or self-management system that enables queries of the status of payments and collections, reprinting of receipts, and interaction through messages and/or e-mails with the supplier’s areas. This new feature permits the recording and tracking of complaints by the company, thus significantly reducing telephone time and improving service to business partners. It includes a set of tools to analyze the type and quantity of entries, statistics by type of complaint, average response time, among others.


Magma-WIS can be rapidly integrated to any of the management products, such as Magma-ERP, Magma-PSA or third-party Systems. This product has been implemented at YPF-Mega in Argentina and Supermercados Tienda Inglesa in Uruguay.
