Magma announces the start of the development of the new Human Resources allocations module for Services organizations. Once completed, this new module will replace the existing Magma-PSA module, a product oriented to the management of professional service companies (Consulting and law firms, among others).


This new module is aimed at addressing the need to plan the allocation of professional resources’ time for the future, according to the expected demands of projects and taking into consideration the knowledge and skills of professionals, their professional field and availability, among other concepts. The plan can later be assessed against the actual reports of the time loading module (Time-Sheet) of Magma-PSA, in order to analyze deviations and improve the management of the professional staff, the most important asset of service companies, thus facilitating the complex task of maximizing the profitability of qualified staff.
